1. Overview of autofocus technology

Using a laser ranging sensor to detect the height of the cleaned surface, the measurement data is transmitted to the equipment controller PLC. The PLC stores and calculates the step value of the cleaned surface height, which is converted into a vertical height compensation value. At the same time, the servo drive system is controlled to operate the servo motor, achieve vertical height compensation, and complete the automatic adjustment of the focal length.
